There is just something interesting about that Caribbean flavour.

Caribbean food is completely different to any other part of the world. The italians have pasta and pizza, the French have pastries, crepes, wine and rich foods, the English have their pie and mash or bangers and mash and the Chinese have their egg rolls and fried rice, but the Caribbean has its own very unique spicy way of cooking which many people appreciate, a lot of the Caribbean food involves heavily spiced foods that stimulates the tongue and palate.
